Hi, I’m Angela Holloway, my business name is Angel007 and I am on a mission to help YOU reach your desired goals when it comes to looking and feeling good about yourself!

Your mission is to think big, start small, run fast and have fun — so let’s get started, shall we!

I want to learn as much as possible about you, your goals, your obstacles and your successes so I encourage you to leave me comments and I will do my best to answer all of them.

Until then, let me tell you about myself. I am a mother of 4 children, 48 years young, ages 13, 16, 19 and 21 and married to a wonderful husband.

You can’t imagine the weight I gained during having my family and the trials and tribulations I went through. Although it was easy to loose my gained weight and tone my body in my earlier years, I found it more difficult as the years went by.

Difficult… yes until I learned the secret to loosing the weight, toning my body and STAYING that way! I thought I was getting older and making lots of excuses just like maybe what you have done too.

But it all came together for me one day and it wasn’t as difficult as I thought, in fact, it is pretty easy and enjoyable. I went from one extreme to the next and loving every minute.

I liked it so much and being a caring person all my life, I decided to help others like you to experience the great feeling I have everyday of my life.
